Babies, puppies, kittens and friends

As much as I LOVE summer days spent pool/beach side, consuming too much bbq'ed food, downed with more then a few ice cold beers. I also do LOVE crisp winter nights lounging by a woodstove, stuffing my face with some delicious home cooked meals, with good friends at my side. I had two of those sensational nights in a row and they even included a kitty, + a baby, + a puppy.

Water

I am going to miss living a two minute walk from the ocean. J & I walk down to it every other day. Today the waves were so perfectly pretty :)

Poutine Cravings

I had the worst craving for my favourite poutine in Cheticamp so I convinced J to make the two hour drive with me to go stuff my guts full of that gooey goodness.The two hour drive is so worth it with views like this...

The Ceremony

The ceremony was very short & sweet. My two beautiful little cousins did some readings for us. Both J & I wrote our own vows and they both ended up being quite similar. And then there was the kiss. Apparently an eagle flew right behind us as we shared our first kiss as husband and wife. Perfection.
